Sue’s involvement in Real Estate began in 1977 working solely in residential housing. In 1985 she was motivated to change to commercial brokerage, and in 1991 joined the F.C. Tucker organization. She has served as Committee Chair for the State and Local Government Committee of the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce and also served as secretary for the Tippecanoe County Republican Central Committee for 6 years. Sue’s participated in development of the Indiana State Platform Committee of the Republican Party, served on the Family Assets Board for Family Services Inc and teaches at Victory Bible Institute. Mandy is F.C. Tucker Commercial Division’s Licensed Administrative Assistant. She provides support by assisting the management of the commercial office and by providing support for the commercial agents. Mandy has over 10 years of experience in creating and implementing the marketing and operational system to help simplify the administrative aspects of the office. She has been a licensed salesperson since 1994 and handles all administrative aspects of the commercial division and property listings, she assists with client showings and client development. Mandy is incomparable with the office software and internet marketing along with her strong customer service.

Doug developed a strong work ethic growing up on the family farm in Montgomery County. Managing the sales force of a local agricultural seed business for over fifteen years, Doug knows what it takes to grow a business and get things done. Stan specializes in commercial and farm real estate. As an investor in both since 1976, he has gained first hand experience in owning and managing real estate. In 1989 he became Director of Real Estate for Purdue Research Foundation where he managed off campus residential real estate, the Purdue Research Park, the University Farm residential subdivision development, farm leases and the purchasing and selling of property including all gifted real estate and farm leases. Stan also served as Business Manager at Purdue University for 22 years and at one time supervised 50 people and a budget of $90 million.
